“…This finding is in agreement with the finding of a study carried out at Calabar Teaching Hospital in Nigeria (Udonwa and Ogbonna, 2012). The level of patient satisfaction in this study is in agreement with a study conducted in six regions of Ethiopia (Bekele et al, 2008), and higher when compared with other studies conducted in Eastern Ethiopia (Abdosh, 2006), Jimma (Oljira and Gebreselassie, 2011), and Addis Ababa (Tateke et al, 2012), which revealed level of patient satisfaction to be 54, 57.1 and 65.9%, respectively.
