Levels of Value Integration in Federal Agencies' Mission and Value Statements: Is Open Government a Performance Target of U.S. Federal Agencies?

Abstract: The Barack Obama administration advanced open government initiatives to make federal administration more open, accountable, and responsive to citizens.
