This paper researches into web-based teaching and learning self-directed platform. It can be described as three aspects: strategy analysis, infrastructural framework, and design method and visualization technology. Firstly, the three kinds of strategy relationship among different elements of web-based teaching and learning self-directed platform is discussed for strategy analysis, secondly, the infrastructural framework of curriculum internet platform is provided according to the strategy model, thirdly, the design visualization model of webbased platform is presented for improving learning navigation. The curriculum platform of supply chain management is cited as a case study for introducing the platform website details of fifteen convenient functions. Finally, the feature and evaluation of teaching and learning self-directed platform are empirically given for the reference of application in the paper.
