Lichen planus pigmentosus

Abstract: Clinical and histological features in 40 patients of a pigmentary disorder, hitherto undescribed in Indians, are presented. The resemblance of this entity to somewhat similar disorders seen in other parts of the world and its possible relation to lichen planus is discussed.
