Lichenoid Sarcoidosis with Myocardial Involvement

Abstract: A case of systemic, progressive sarcoidosis with a specific histology of skin and lymph node, a positive Kveim test and a typical radiograph of the lungs, as well as good evidence of specific myocardial involvement is presented.
