Life Satisfaction and Work-Related Satisfaction among Anesthesiologists in Poland

Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess the level of life and job satisfaction of Polish anesthesiologists and to explore the impact of extrinsic-hygiene and intrinsic-motivating determinants.
