Lightweight Frame Scrambling Mechanisms for End-to-End Privacy in Edge Smart Surveillance

Abstract: As smart surveillance becomes popular in today's smart cities, millions of closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras are ubiquitously deployed that collect huge amount of visual information.
