Limitações das reformas para o controle civil sobre as forças armadas nos governos do PT (2003-2016)

Abstract: O artigo debate a evolução do controle civil sobre as forças armadas nas gestões do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT). A análise está concentrada nas transformações promovidas no Ministério da Defesa (MD), tanto com relação à sua estrutura quanto no perfil dos agentes que lá atuavam.
