Limitations of median nerve somatosensory evoked potential monitoring during carotid endarterectomy

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Hypoperfusion during carotid artery cross-clamping (CC) for carotid endarterectomy (CEA) may result in the major complication of perioperative stroke.
