Abstract: BACKGROUND: For limited-stage diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), treatment decisions are often influenced by toxicity profiles. One strategy that minimizes chemotherapy-induced toxicities is abbreviated chemotherapy plus consolidation involved-field radiotherapy (IFRT).
