Lipid and selenium sources on fatty acid composition of intramuscular fat and muscle selenium concentration of Nellore steers

Abstract: -The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of lipid and selenium sources in diets for finishing Nellore steers on the fatty acid composition and selenium concentration of the longissimus muscle.
