The results of observations at school, the average value of student learning outcomes is still low and needs to be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of applying the peer teaching learning model to the PJOK learning process at SMPN 2 Leles Garut. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in the study were 30 students. This study used a total sampling technique, because researchers took the entire population. Data analysis in research using PTK, data were analyzed qualitatively, while for quantitative data using the amount of active learning time. The results of the study were in the form of students' understanding tests through a questionnaire. PJOK learning is carried out using the peer teaching learning model which is carried out for 6 meetings in cycle I, to cycle III. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it was stated that from the study each cycle experienced a significant increase, in the first cycle 50.30% in the moderate category, in the second cycle 72.37% in the good category, in the second cycle it experienced an increase of 22.07% from the second cycle. I, cycle III 75.55%, with a good category where the increase from cycle II to cycle III was 3.18%. So it can be concluded that the peer teaching learning model has effectiveness in the PJOK learning process.

This research aims to conduct a literature review to document and analyze the latest developments in optimizing sports learning through a literacy approach. This study focuses on understanding the concept of literacy in the context of sports, its impact on learning outcomes, as well as challenges and implementation strategies. This article discusses an innovative approach in optimizing sports learning through a literacy approach. This approach not only emphasizes the physical aspects and skills of athletics, but also involves a deep understanding of the language and literacy contexts associated with sport. Through a literature review, this article explores the basic concepts of literacy in a sports context, highlighting the benefits of integrating literacy in sports learning. Empirical findings are presented to show the positive impact of using a literacy approach on understanding sports concepts, match analysis and team communication. The conclusions from the results of this research provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of a literacy approach in sports learning, making a significant contribution to the development of holistic and quality sports education in the future.

Understanding Physical Literacy of Physical Education Teachers

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how well physical education teachers comprehend physical literacy. The "perceived physical literacy instrument" (PPLI), which has nine items and a validity level of 0.82, is used to test one's comprehension of physical literacy (very good). Purposive sampling is a strategy used to obtain data. A questionnaire based on the PPLI instrument was distributed to 53 physical education instructors in the Jember area in order to gather knowledge data on physical literacy. Overall survey findings revealed that out of 187 questions, (18.86%) of respondents Sangat Setuju d, (42.7%) of respondents Setuju d there were 204 questions, and (18.86%) of respondents indicated they were unsure about the answers to 90 questions. The results indicate that some teachers have a limited grasp of the idea of physical literacy. This explains why physical education lessons must help teachers better comprehend and cultivate physical literacy. Even if physical education instructors' degree of understanding of physical literacy is known, other measurements must be taken to determine the total competency in physical literacy, such as physical competence, motivation, and self-confidence. Given that there are four areas of physical literacy that might be explored or investigated in the future.
