Literature-Based Drug–Drug Similarity for Drug Repurposing: Impact of Medical Subject Headings Term Refinement and Hierarchical Clustering

Abstract: Background: We describe herein, an improved procedure for drug repurposing based on refined Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms and hierarchical clustering method.
