Lithography Alignment Techniques Based on Moiré Fringe

Abstract: In Moiré fringe lithography alignment technology, alignment is realized by monitoring the grating interference fringe image in real-time. The technique exhibits excellent sensitivity to displacement changes and is not easily affected by the gap changes between the mask and silicon wafer. Therefore, this technique is widely used in conventional proximity and contact lithography and new-generation micro- and nanolithography systems. The rapid development of semiconductor and integrated circuit industries, as wel… Show more

“…α% is defined as the ratio (threshold) of the energy storage capacity to the rated power of the photovoltaic power station that meets the assessment requirements, that is, the target of the energy storage allocation capacity assessment that PPSC needs to complete. γ% is the ratio of the partner's individual leased energy storage capacity to its rated power (Jiang et al, 2023;Mo and Yang, 2023). m is the threshold number of collaborators corresponding to when the total capacity threshold of the cluster energy storage is reached, as shown in formula (17), and round () + means rounding up.…”

“…[13][14][15][16][17] Layerby-layer assembling of the structure does not solve the problem, since the number of applied layers is limited and precise alignment of the pattern is required at each stage. 8,13,18 Recently, photopolymerizable compositions (PPCs) sensitive to visible radiation, [19][20][21][22] which allow light to initiate nonuniform polymerization in the volume, have become increasingly popular. In such media, due to the weak absorption of actinic radiation, a steady distribution of light intensity can be provided over the entire depth of a fairly thick layer 23,24 by holographic methods.…”

“…Halide perovskites with the structural formula ABX 3 (where X can be Cl, Br, or I) represent a promising area of research [1,2]. These materials exhibit a wide range of ground state energy properties, including optoelectronic, superconducting, photocatalytic, and semiconducting behavior [3,4]. With an increasing worldwide population and a worsening energy problem, the requirement for systematic solar cells, optoelectronics, and electronic gadgets is a major task [5][6][7].…”
