Abstract:Fibrosarcoma is a relatively rapidly growing, poorly delineated spindle cell tumour. It has generally good prognosis and rarely metastasizes. Soft tissue sarcomas account for less than 1% of all malignancies in adults. High rates of sarcomas are, for example, seen in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex.
