“…Se diagnosticó más desnutrición con CAI y mayor riesgo de desnutrición y obesidad con CNM. El mayor porcentaje de desnutrición encontrada en esta clasificación propuesta se explica en parte por incluir el diagnóstico de desnutrición crónica definida como ZT/E ≤-2, es decir, talla baja que no se está contemplando en la evaluación CNM y que incluso da mayor gravedad a un diagnóstico nutricional porque es reflejo de una malnutrición crónica o secundaria y que se ha estudiado que en niños con CC puede no recuperarse completamente en el tiempo pese a tratamientos mé-dicos específicos e incluso posterior a su intervención cardioquirúrgica 7,8,9,19 .
