Low-energy nucleon scattering and Halderson's effective NN interaction

Abstract: The experimental data of 12 C(p, p )(p, n) in the low-energy region ( 80 MeV) were analysed using M3Y effective interaction and Halderson's effective interaction in the theoretical frame of distorted wave Born approximation. By comparing the calculation results of the two effective interactions, it was observed that the isovector spin-dependent central part V σ τ and the isovector tensor-exchange part V T τE of Halderson's effective interaction are appropriate for describing the experimental data.
