Lower / upper extremity F-wave ratio for detecting early diabetic neuropathy

Abstract: Results of conventional nerve conduction studies may be within normal limits in early diabetic neuropathy. Previous studies demonstrated that F-wave latency should be used to detect this early neuropathic process.
