Lysyl oxidase enzymatic function increases stiffness to drive colorectal cancer progression through FAK

Abstract: The extracellular, matrix-modifying enzyme lysyl oxidase (LOX) has recently been linked to colorectal cancer (CRC) progression, in particular to the stages of invasion and metastasis.
