MAGDM Method with Pythagorean 2-Tuple Linguistic Information and Applications in the HSE Performance Assessment of Laboratory

Abstract: There is a significant gap between the safety management in the Chinese colleges and many renowned colleges in other countries. The subject of this study is how to assess the performance of health, safety, and environment (HSE) in Chinese college laboratories. The assessment system is established by three parts. First of all, HSE performance assessment indicators for laboratories in Chinese colleges are identified based on the previous studies. Then set valued iteration is used to calculate the weights of the … Show more

“…In PFSs, the sum of the squares of these degrees does not exceed one, offering a richer representation of uncertainty. This development initiated numerous studies into the properties and applications of PFSs [22][23][24]. Liang and Xu [25] developed a measure for the TOPSIS within the context of PFSs.…”

“…Finally, this shows that PFS can covenant more effectively than IFS. Many researchers and investigators have evolved various decision-making methods and techniques [11][12][13][14][15]. Verma [16] defined generalized SMs for PFSs and their applications to MADM.…”

“…In other words, all the intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making problems are the special case of Pythagorean fuzzy decision-making problems, which means that PFS can more efficiently deal with MADM problems. In previous literatures, some researching works have been studied by a large amount of investigators [24][25][26][27][28]. Zhang and Xu [29] defined the Pythagorean fuzzy TOPSIS model to deal with the MADM problems.…”
