Magyarországi konszenzusajánlás a D-vitamin szerepéről a betegségek megelőzésében és kezelésében

Abstract: Összefoglaló. Magyarországon a D-vitamin-hiány – főleg a tél végére – rendkívül gyakori. A javasolt normáltartomány alsó… Show more

“…Additionally, there could be several non-registered influening factors which could affect the sufficiency of vitamin D. For example, methyl donor deficiency can inactivate vitamin D signaling via both disruption of VDR-PGC1α interaction and sequestration of nuclear VDR attributable to HSP90 overexpression [ 222 ]. As the determination of the desired serum 25(OH)D 3 level for a healthy metabolism is still a matter of debate, based on related data, it is advisable to preferably maintain a serum 25(OH)D 3 level of 30–50 ng/mL (75–125 nmol/L) to achieve the maximum benefits of vitamin D for immune, metabolic, and overall health [ 190 , 228 , 229 ].…”

“…For healthy people without any symptoms of vitamin D deficiency, supplementation is only needed if the serum 25(OH)D 3 level is lower than 30–50 ng/mL [ 228 , 229 ]. The amount and type of vitamin D as well as the length of supplementation should be discussed and under the control of a physician.…”

“…The role of vitamin D and the vitamin B complex (mainly vitamin B 12 and B 3 and folic acid) has been confirmed as a protective factor for dementia [ 229 , 230 , 231 ]. While vitamin D is a potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant vitamin, vitamin B may enhance the production of certain neurotransmitters and exert an antioxidant effect.…”
