Abstract:Introduction: A balanced diet plays an important role in the skin. Bioactive substances, i.e. vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, polyphenols, and carotenoids, with a particular focus on their effects on skin condition. The spotlight is on the skin regeneration technique using plasma. Plasma sublimation leaves an intact and dehydrated epidermis layer that acts as a natural biological dressing.
