Major Factors Affecting Employee Turnover in the Tourism Industry: With Special Reference to Travel Agencies and Tour Operators of Pune City

Abstract: Tourism is one of the largest segments of the service industry. Over the years employee turnover has become a part of the tourism industry’s challenge to attract and retain new workforce.
