Making Sense of Crisis: Instructional Designers’ Experiences with Emergency Remote Teaching

Abstract: Following the transition to e-learning due to COVID-19, instructional designers (IDs) went into action to prepare faculty for distance education using new technologies and pedagogical approaches.
