“…In this series, nearly 90% of patients had potentially fertility‐sparing surgery, out of which 54% went on to have successful pregnancies, including 5 of 11 (45%) patients who received relapse chemotherapy. In series published by Ezzat et al (28) and Zanagnolo et al (11) , the successful pregnancy rate in women undergoing fertility‐sparing surgery was 16 of 44 (36%) and 11 of 36 (31%), respectively. Perrin et al (29) demonstrated a pregnancy success rate of 7 of 29 (24%) in patients who had received chemotherapy and Bower et al (9) demonstrated a pregnancy rate of 14 of 33 (42%) following POMB/ACE chemotherapy, which are both comparable with our rate of 45%.…”
