Management of Cervical Metastases with Occult Primary

Abstract: Observation on 12 cases of occult primary tumor with cervical metastases are reported. Problems in the management of such cases, especially the histopathological diagnosis and the location of the primary tumor, its therapy, prognosis and the reasons of its remaining occult have been reviewed and discussed. The occurrence of delayed occult primary tumor and the secondary-primary gap in such instances have been studied.
