This study aims to identify students' satisfaction with online learning and their expectations of blended learning in the post-pandemic era in a senior high public school in North Bali, Indonesia. The research employed an explanatory sequential mixed-method design using questionnaires and interviews, to gather data from 179 grade 12 senior high school students. The questionnaire and interview guide were validated with face, content, empirical validity, and reliability. The interview session involved 5 students with high satisfaction scores and 5 students with low satisfaction scores from the result of the questionnaire. The results showed that students had a mode score of 4, indicating students feel satisfied with online learning during COVID-19. Based on the four factors, the result of students’ satisfaction in online learning such as the teacher factor having neutral scores, the interaction factor having satisfied scores, the technology factor having satisfied scores, and the course management factor having satisfied scores. The interview session shows that students expressed their expectations for direct interaction with teachers and classmates and had expectations for factors, such as teaching methods, ease of materials, direct communication with teachers, interaction with classmates, technology use, and variety in learning resources. This research provides insights for teachers to improve student satisfaction with online learning and blended learning practices.

Adopting Artificial Intelligent Technology in an Educational Organization is often problematic due to many internal and external environmental reasons, and often fails to attain the desired goals. This study aims to design a framework for adopting AI technology in the education sector. Most of the research focuses on the acceptance of a particular technology and ignores the study of what else is needed for a technology acceptance. The framework in this study provides a step-by-step process of the Technological Transformation of an organization never designed before. We recommend that before making any technological changes in an organization, generally and in the educational organization particularly, the processes must be followed for the successful and meaningful adoption of AI technology.

This article covered the trends in educational technology in higher education primarily pertaining to online teaching and learning. It begins by discussing the background information. A review of the current technology trends was presented with a brief overview of the technology. The last portion of the background information contains a survey conducted during COVID-19 at a state college in the northeastern United States, which asked faculty about their instructional and technical needs during remote teaching and learning. Given the rapid changes in technology in the higher education arena, there are four major issues that arrive causing challenges that need to be addressed. The chapter concludes by discussing the solutions and recommendations for effectively implementing and maintaining the trending technology in higher education. When discussing new technologies there are additional requirements, such as handling uncertainty in higher education and a decrease in funding which influences the budget for these new technologies.
