Abstract:Background: Parotid gland tumor is the most common salivary gland tumors. Benign tumors account for about 80% of parotid gland tumors. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice in most cases when treating benign parotid tumors. However, due to the special anatomical location of the parotid gland and the different pathology of the tumor, there are many complications after parotid gland tumor operation, which also seriously affects patients quality of life.
