Manajemen Kelas Industri dan Industri Dunia Kerja (IDUKA) dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa (Studi Kasus di SMK Wiraswasta dan SMK PGRI 3 Kota Cimahi)

Abstract: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan teknik melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa: 1) Aspek-aspek perencanaan   sudah dijalankan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan SMK yang bersangkutan, 2) Program-program dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama sudah masuk kriteria, 3) Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) sebagai cara evaluasi, siswa lulus mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi keahlian, dan layak didistribusikan untuk bekerja di IDUKA me… Show more
