School-Based Management is the government's concern for what the community is doing to improve the quality of education. Garden Path Tutoring Studio has a very complicated matter of academic archive and performance improvement services. Efforts to improve the quality of education through (School-Based Management) in the framework of increasing the quality, efficiency and equity of education, meeting the needs of the community and working with the government. Efforts to improve the quality of education. Physical evidence in the form of documents is an important factor in implementing the NISN submission process. Therefore, it can be said that there is a counseling center under the auspices of the Indonesian Embassy and SIKL. The existence of this research will contrMrs.te to the guidance center, especially studio leaders and teachers. Analyzing and designing an administrative information system at the Jalan Kebun Guidance Workshop located at Jalan Lombong Timah 3, Kampung Lompbong, 40460 Shah Alam Selangor, Malaysia that is effective and efficient. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which to obtain data with the intention of knowing, developing it again, and by proving a knowledge of understanding, solving, and anticipating a problem in the field of management. Based on interviews and observations, researchers found that management activities planned to improve teacher performance. Planning to improve the quality of a teacher's work can be done through a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). The plan for the Jalan Kebun guidance studio to improve teacher effectiveness is carried out by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of teachers.

Abstrak Permasalahan yang paling mendasar dalam satuan pendidikan adalah bagaimana peningkatan mutu dalam satuan pendidikan serta kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi tersebut. Hal tersebut menjadi suatu keharusan dalam satuan pendidikan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban satuan pendidikan dalam hal layanan mutu pendidikan kepada masyarakat. Maka, salah satu upaya pemerintah dan satuan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perlu adanya upaya atau langkah yang sesuai dengan standar pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini mennggunakan metode riset kepustakaan (Library Research) metode penelitian ini berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kritis yang dimana analisis ini sifatnya kritis umumnya beranjak dari pandanggan atau nilai-nilai tertentu yang diyakini oleh peneliti terkait dalam permasalahan peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang melalui dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang peneliti teliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah akreditasi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi satuan pendidikan perlu memperhatikan manajemen akreditasi sekolah, faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam akreditasi dan solusinya, tindak lanjut pasca akrteditasi dan langkah dalam mencapai akreditasi yang baik.

School Accreditation Management Efforts To ImproveThe Quality Of Education. The most basic problem in the education unit is how to improve the quality in the education unit as well as the obstacles and obstacles faced. This has become a necessity in the education unit as a form of accountability for the education unit in terms of quality education services to the community. So, one of the efforts of the government and education units in improving the quality of education is the need for efforts or steps that are in accordance with national education standards. The research method in this article uses library research methods. This research method is related to library data collection methods, data collection techniques in this study use documentation and data analysis techniques. or certain values that are believed by researchers to be related to the problem of improving the quality of education through documents related to the problems that researchers are researching. The results of this study are accreditation is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education in educational units. In implementing the accreditation of educational units, it is necessary to pay attention to the management of school accreditation, the inhibiting factors in accreditation and their solutions, post-accreditation follow-up and steps in achieving good accreditation.
