Abstract

This article discusses how the implementation of integrated quality management in higher education. Integrated Quality Management in its movement began to enter the field of new parts in educational change high. Like industrial organizations, higher education also has "customers", namely users student results. The "customers" constitute "internal customers", namely internal actors series of production processes, and "external customers", namely the user of the end result of the production process. In the education process there is always dialogue and debate between "what is given to students or students "with" what is desired by "customers". In this connection an integrated quality management technique has been developed called "Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to get a complete understanding of what is desired by "Customers", then translated into education plans.
