Manipulation of Induced Foxp3+ Regulatory T Cells for Prevention of Mouse Acute Graft-Versus-Host Disease

Abstract: Background Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) comprise of natural (n) and induced (i) Treg subsets play an important role in immune system. Currently, isolation of nTregs and in vitro-expanded nTregs was shown to be an effective therapy to GVHD patients.
