Marker rescue of endogenous cellular genetic information related to the avian leukosis virus gene encoding RNA-directed DNA polymerase

Abstract: Endogenous cellular genetic information related to the avian leukosis virus gene encoding RNA-directed DNA polymerase was studied, using a marker rescue assay to detect biological activity of subgenomic fragments of virus-related DNAs of uninfected avian celLs.
