Maschinenethik und strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit

Abstract: Handlungen sind zunehmend das Resultat eines Zusammenwirkens von Mensch und (teil-)autonomer Maschine. Das Verhalten dieser Maschinen lässt sich weder dem Menschen noch der Technik selbst ohne Weiteres als Handlung zurechnen. Dieser Herausforderung für die strafrechtliche Verantwortungszuschreibung nimmt sich der vorliegende Beitrag an.
