Mathematical Modeling of the Transport Milk in a Pipeline

Abstract: The paper presents a mathematical modeling of the process of movement of milk in the pipe in the formation of the slug flow. The estimation of the degree of destabilization of milk fat from hydromechanical factors is presented, which is 6-10% for the obtained values of the flow rate.
