Measures to combat cybercrime: analysis of international and Ukrainian experience

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the study of the measures used to combat cybercrime in different countries. It is observed that the world's leading countries are actively expanding and creating units in the armed forces and intelligence services that should ensure the development of offensive capabilities in cyberspace. “…Due to the legal uncertainty of the status of cryptocurrencies at the legislative level in the world environment, the establishment of criminal liability for operations related to the circulation of cryptocurrencies, as well as effective counteraction to criminal offenses in this area remains an urgent issue.
