Measuring Lecturer Motivation Scales: A Second-Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)

Abstract: This study explained further about the scale as the solution by using confirmatory factor analysis in testing the lecturer motivation at the Indonesia University of Education (UPI) Regional Campus Tasikmalaya.
