The study examines a mediated mechanism for enhancing nurses' task performance through the interaction of psychological ownership and innovative work behaviour. Data for the study was conveniently collected using self-reported questionnaires from a sample of 438 and analysed using PLS-SEM. Results showed that psychological ownership enhances nurses' innovative work behaviour and task performance. Additionally, innovative work behaviour positively predicts task performance and further mediates the effect of psychological ownership on task performance. Training nurses who can provide efficient health care services is critical for any health care facility and the nation. This study demonstrates that managers of health care institutions must develop effective and efficient policies targeted at enhancing nurses' ownership feeling and innovative work behaviour.

Intrapreneurial behaviour are said to be a channel through which innovative skills are shown in the corporate work. In view of this, the authors assessed the effect of three selected work attitudes on intrapreneurial behaviour. These were psychological empowerment, employee commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. The study conveniently sampled 230 participants who are administrators of organizations in selected municipalities: Ayawaso West-Wuoguon, La-Nkwantanang and Ga East Municipalities. The data was analyzed using structural equation modelling. It was observed that psychological empowerment and organisational citizenship behaviour were positively related to intrapreneurial behaviour whereas employee’s commitment was seen to have a negative significant influence on intrapreneurial behaviour. Implications of the findings for theory and practice are discussed.

In the context of severe turnover, taking measures to enhance core employee management, prevent the turnover of talents, and improve employees’ sense of belonging and responsibility to the firm can become a non-negligible problem in human resource management. Considering Chinese enterprises as the research background, this study starts with the related theories of organizational support, psychological ownership, and turnover intention to explore the impact of organizational support on psychological ownership and its dimensions (self-efficacy, taking responsibility, a sense of belonging, and self-identification), the effect of each dimension of psychological ownership on turnover intention, and the relationship between organizational support and turnover intention, as well as verifies the mediating role of psychological ownership. The main findings show that (1) perceived organizational support positively affects psychological ownership; (2) psychological ownership negatively affects turnover intention; (3) perceived organizational support negatively influences turnover intention; and (4) psychological ownership mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention. The study results contribute to the relevant literature and guide human resource practice.
