Abstract: RESUMO A questão da qualidade da água nos corpos d’água urbanos é complexa, pois passa pelo controle de cargas poluidoras pontuais e difusas. As cargas pontuais ainda são um problema recorrente no Brasil, porém são mais facilmente identificáveis.
