Technological advances allow entrepreneurs to manage sales data efficiently. Governance management in micro, small and medium enterprises is often an obstacle to the continuity and development of the business. Based on interviews conducted, at KDH Sancang Coffee Shop, data management still uses Microsoft Excel, which sometimes makes it difficult for users to access the desired data. This research recommends using Microsoft Access to create a secure and organized sales database. This solution helps overcome data duplication problems and improve data accessibility and security. Based on the research results, the process of creating a database for sales results includes the creation of item and sales data tables, one to one relationship, Query total sales results, and Form Design for easy data access. This research activity aims to enable micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to effectively organize their financial records, including providing owners with the necessary tools to manage their business finances more efficiently. The results showed that the use of Microsoft Access increased the efficiency of managing monthly sales data at KDH Sancang Coffee Shop which is expected to facilitate monthly sales evaluation activities at the coffee shop.

Financial reports are a source of information that stakeholders use to make decisions regarding controlling company operational costs, understanding company profits and losses, understanding debts and liabilities, and calculating taxes. As financial reports also play an important role in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises sector, there are still many Micro Small and Medium Enterprises sector that have not prepared financial reports or have prepared them in the middle of difficulties and complications. This community service activity is carried out using survey and interview methods. After finding the obstacles faced by Batam Sumber Indah Store, the solution was to design an accounting system information in the form of Microsoft Office Access. The results of this activity are expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Batam Sumber Indah Store in producing reliable financial reports.

This service aims to help design accounting applications at the Konveksi Taylor Abadi Convection Business using Microsoft Access. The application is designed according to the needs of the store, where this application has a form that is equipped with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and other facilities such as an account list form, inventory list, fixed asset list, transaction recording consisting of sales, purchases, raw material usage, allocation forms. factory overhead costs, direct labor costs, finished production or finished products. This application provides financial reports ranging from reports on the cost of production, profit and loss reports, reports on changes in capital, balance reports and cash flow reports as well as other data needed by the company. From the results of this service, it was found that there were deficiencies in the recording and financial reports at Taylor Abadi Convection. Therefore, the author provides a solution for Konveksi Taylor Abadi Convection to use Microsoft Access computer applications in recording transactions and preparing financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) quickly and automatically.
