Messung der Intensitätsverteilung von YAG-Laserstrahlung im Gewebe

Abstract: Zur Deutung der Entstehungsursache der Nekrosezone beim Schneiden von Gewebe mittels Laserstrahlen ist die Kenntnis der räumlichen Intensitätsverteilung der Strahlung im Gewebe notwendig. Es wurden Messungen der Intensitätsverteilung von YAG-Laserstrahlung in Rattenleber durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß die Breite der Nekrosezone nicht durch die im Gewebe gestreute Strahlung erklärt werden kann.
