Metallkomplexe mit verbrückten permethylierten Cyclopentadienylliganden

Abstract: Metal Complexes with Bridged Permethylated Cyclopentadienyl LigandsThe preparation of the permethylated silyl-bridged dicyclopentadienyl ligands Me2Si(Me4C5H)z (1) and CzH4(MezSi(Me4C5H))z (2) is reported. Reaction of dimetalated 1 with Tic& and ZrC1, yielded the corresponding metallocenophane dihalides 3 and 4, while treatment of the dilithio derivative of 2 with GeClz . dioxane, SnCl2, and FeClz yielded the bridged metallocenes 5, 6, and 7.In der Komplexchemie von Haupt-und Nebengruppenelementen ist in den l… Show more

“…As seen before in case of group 2, this is again several decades after the first report of the group 14 metallocenes parent compounds [13, 14] . Since this first report, many more examples of metallocenophanes of all heavier group 14 elements (Si‐Pb) have been described [57–66] . Thus nowadays, this group hold many examples and a trivial name for group 14 based metallocenophanes would be appropriate and useful.…”

“…[13,14] Since this first report, many more examples of metallocenophanes of all heavierg roup 14 elements (Si-Pb) have been described. [57][58][59][60][61][62][63][64][65][66] Thus nowadays, this group hold many examples and at rivial name for group 14 based metallocenophanes would be appropriate and useful. In this regard, it has been suggested by Schäfer et al that the metalloceneso f group 14 elements could be referredt oa s"tetrelocenes", a term constructed from Tetrels-the group 14 elements-and metallocenes.F ollowing this concept, the corresponding met-allocenophanes of group 14 elements could be referred to as "tetrelocenophanes".…”
