Metástases pulmonares atípicas: apresentações tomográficas

Abstract: INTRODUÇÃOA incidência de metástases para o parênquima pulmonar originadas de neoplasias primárias extratorácicas varia de 20% a 54%(1). A freqüência com que metásta-ses pulmonares são encontradas em pacientes com neoplasias primárias conhecidas depende do estágio da doença em que o paciente se encontra. Assim sendo, em estágios precoces, a prevalência de metás-tases pulmonares é menor (2).
