Comparison of novel dual mode vs conventional single pass of a 1450‐nm diode laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris for Korean patients: A 20‐week prospective, randomized, split‐face study

“…To the best of our knowledge, this is the first clinical study investigating the novel dual mode of 1450‐nm diode laser for the treatment of acne and hyperseborrhea. Considering this wavelength can be applied for acne patients not covered by guideline‐recommended medications, such as subjects with pregnancy, underlying internal diseases, and sensitive skin, exploring the optimal regimen with minimal side effects would be clinically advisable.…”
