Micropropagação do porta-enxerto de videira '420-A'

Abstract: O objetivo deste trabalho foi estabelecer um protocolo para a micropropagação do porta-enxerto de videira 420-A. O estabelecimento das culturas foi realizado com segmento nodal, cuja fonte dos explantes foram brotações de estacas lenhosas armazenadas sob refrigeração.
