“…In this study, we successfully introduced localized tetragonal distortion in the alloyed catalysts through modification of the atomic thermal diffusion process. We obtained cobalt oxide without oxygen vacancies using a rapid microwave heating method, 33 while the alloying process was easily modulated by adjusting the thermal reduction conditions. Structural and compositional analyses establish that ordered face‐centered cubic (FCC) and tetragonal structures coexist locally in the particles.…”
