Mild Chemical and Biological Synthesis of Donor–Acceptor Flanked Reporter Stilbenes: Demonstration of a Physiological Wittig Olefination Reaction

Abstract: Unprecedented chemoselectivity is reported for the Wittig olefination reaction leading to the formation of reporter stilbenes under physiological conditions.
