Miliary tuberculosis: Clinical manifestations, diagnosis and outcome in 38 adults

Abstract: Miliary infiltrates on chest X-ray or FUO should raise the possibility of miliary TB. Therapy should be administered urgently to prevent an otherwise fatal outcome.
