“…The outcomes of interest in this review included perceived stress and sleep quality. Women’s Health Initiative Insomnia Rating Scale (WHIIRS) 40 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) 39,42,43 were used to measure sleep quality.
