Minimalinvasive Diagnostik sezernierender Brusterkrankungen durch Milchgangsendoskopie

Abstract: Eine provozierbare oder spontane Sekretion aus einer oder beiden Mamillen beruht zumeist auf entzündlichen oder benignen papillomatösen Veränderungen. Eine persistierende und vor allem eine einseitig auftretende insbesondere blutige Sekretion kann auf eine präkanzeröse oder maligne Läsion hinweisen.
